SANDY AND DANNY were like Greased Lightning at St. David's, Greystones, recently for their all-star production of the famous high-school musical. There was a wella wella welcome for the enthusiastic cast members from the delighted audience during the shows run, with packed houses every night.
Danny Zucko was embodied terrifically by Glenn O'Reilly, while the part of Sandra D was played by Shauna Allen.
Brian Whelan delivered a convincing Kenickie while Caroline Lee did an excellent version of 'Look at Me I'm Sandra D,' during her portrayal of Rizzo.
Frenchy ( Sabrian Taglienti.) was as charming as ever, along with the rest of the student body of Rydell High.
A highlight on the night was Chris Currid's in-drag school principal which was a hilarious hit.
