HOLY REDEEMER PARISH: Prayer Group: This Group meets in the Side Chapel every Monday at 8 p.m. Scripture Group: The Group meets in the upper room of the Coffee Dock every Tuesday morning from 11 a.m. to 12 Noon.

Silent Holy Hour: This take place in the Side Chapel each Friday from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon.

Daily Mass: This is celebrated at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Trocaire Boxes: These are available at the doors of the Church after Mass. Please take one if you have not already received one through the schools

Lent 2010: Daily Mass will be 7.45 a.m., 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.; A booklet entitled 'Called to be Holy' containing daily reflections and prayers is available with the catholic papers at a cost of just €1.

Lenten Programme: This has been put together by the four Catholic parishes of Bray with the theme of "Praying with women in Luke". The programme continues next Monday with'Christian Meditation' hosted by St. Peter's Church, Little Bray; Monday March 22: Taize in St. Fergal's Church, Ballywaltrim. Each evening will begin at 7.30 p.m. and will finish with a cup of tea/coffee. All are welcome.

Planning Ahead: A blitz on St, Luke's Gospel will take place on Saturday March 27 from 9.30 a.m. to 12 Noon in the Little Flower Hall.

Youth Choir: The 7.30 p.m. Youth Choir is looking for new members. The age group of the choir is 15-25 years and practice takes place in the church before Mass. If you are interested and would like information you can contact Thomas on 085-1560006.

Folk group in Kilcoole: On Friday March 26 at 8.00 p.m. in St. Anthony's Church Kilcoole, the Holy Redeemer Folk Group will present an evening of popular and inspirational music, featuring works from Elton John, U2, Take That, ABBA, Liam Lawton and many more.

Tickets are priced at €10, and children under 12 are free. Proceeds are in aid of St. Vincent de Paul, and the Kilcoole Music Festival. Tickets are available at the door, and also from Colette on 087 6833206, Miriam on 087 9778255, from Kilcoole Pharmacy, Main Street, or the Parish Office in Greystones or from Robert Nolan, Post Office, Newtown.

BRAY LIBRARY

The opening hours for Bray Library, Eglinton Road are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and 1 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Enquiries and renewals, phone 2862600 or email braylibrary@eircom.net.

The Library will be closed on Wednesday March 17, St. Patrick's Day.

Bray Cualann History Society's Spring 2010 programme is as follows. Thursday March 18: 'The Vartry Water Supply Scheme to Dublin ' (Dr. Ron. Cox); Thursday April 15: ' A Tour Around the World in 1847 – A Wicklow Perspective '(Turtle Bunbury) and Thursday May 20: 'Irish Post Boxes ' (Stephen Ferguson).

All welcome to attend these lectures which take place at 8 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month in the Bray Chamber of Commerce House, 10 Prince of Wales Tce, Bray. New members / visitors especially welcome. All are welcome to attend especially members from other local history societies.
