Cancer support are family fortunate

THE staff and management of Bray Cancer Support Centre were very grateful to the O'Carroll family for a cheque for €3,685 which they were presented with last week.
Children Shauna and Ryan O'Carroll and their dad Pat raised the money by holding a big fundraising event in the Tara Towers Hotel. The kids also held a swap shop in their school in memory of their lat mother. Mrs. O'Carroll lost her battle with cancer last year. Pat contacted the centre during her illness and found them to be a great help.
Proceeds from the two events were split between the Bray centre and Blackrock Hospice.
