COUNTRY/CRAFT MARKET

The next Country and Craft Market at the Brockagh Centre will take place on Sunday March 14 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The market will feature a Monster Book Sale with books for all ages at bargain prices - not to be missed. BRAIN AWARENESS WEEK

Brain Awareness Week is from March 8 to March 14 so in conjunction with this Brainwave/Irish Epilepsy Association Church Gate collection takes place on Saturday/ Sunday March 13/14 after all masses in St. Kevin's Church, Laragh. Your support would be appreciated.

WICKLOW MAN

The Wicklow Man plays every Tuesday night from 10 p.m. until late so come along and dance to your favourite tunes.

FREE HEALING TALK/DEMO

Noirin Callanan, a healer with 15 years experience, is giving a free talk and demonstration on Healing and Meditation in the Brockagh Centre on Wednesday March 10 from 10.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. There is no need to book. For queries call Noirin on (0404) 45948.

Noirin will also attend the Glendalough Craft Market in the Brockagh Centre on Sunday March 14.

STITCHING/SEWING

New to the Brockagh Centre a great recession busting class. Learn how to sew by hand or machine. Sew fun projects, make soft toys, soft furnishing, clothes, accessories, and much more. Customise your clothes.

This is a perfect programme to add value to your existing wardrobe or help you get longer out of kids clothes and give them a new lease of life. You can also learn to make gifts for family and friends.

NEW OR NEARLY NEW SALE

Do you have anything to sell that is in new or nearly new condition (too good for a car boot sale)? If so we would like to hear from you.

We are hoping to start a recessionbeater sale on Saturdays between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the Brockagh Resource Centre Laragh. This will be an indoor sale. Contact Colette in the Brockagh Centre on (0404) 45600 for more information or to book your table.

SALSA DANCING TEACHER

CITIZENS INFORMATION

The Citizens Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre which is open for information relating to your rights and entitlements from 10 a.m. until 12 noon on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

The next clinics will take place on Tuesday March 16. No appointment is necessary for this free and confidential service.

MONEYSTOWN DANCE

The next dance in Moneystown will take place on Friday, March 12 from 9.30 p.m. with Tony Davitt. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.

AA MEETINGS

Closed AA Meetings will continue in the Brockagh Centre every Monday night at 8.30 p.m. If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along.

MOBILE LIBRARY

The mobile library will be in Laragh from 11 a.m. until 12 noon on Thursdays March 11 and March 25. Please note the change in time.
