CAR BOOT SALE

County Wicklow Partnership will host two LEADER Information Seminars in February specially aimed at the Community & Voluntary Sector in the County. The first will be held at the new Annamoe Community Centre (just outside Annamoe on the Laragh road) on Tuesday 7th February at 7.30 pm and the second will be held at Lawless's Hotel, Aughrim on Thursday 9th February at 7.30pm. Clara juvenile football club held their AGM on Thursday 26th January. The following commitee was elected: Chairperson - Andrew Nolan, Secretary - Hazel Birro. Treasurer - Dora Hagan, PRO - Mary Clarke. Committee: Teresa Nolan, Kevin Singleton, Paul Carter, Chris Birro, Liam Conway, Gay Sunderland, Liam Kearney, Margaret Byrne, Miriam Byrne, Ola Steele, Aidan Byrne.

The club have decided to enter an U-12, U-14 and U-16 team for the coming season. They are delighted to welcome Miriam Byrne on board as trainer for the U-16 girls, she will be assisted by Andrew Nolan and Hazel Birro. Paul Carter, Karen Carter and Chris Birro will be in charge of the U-14s and Kevin Singleton, Liam Conway and Teresa Nolan the U-12s.we look forward to a good year ahead, and would encourage any young girls in the area to please join our club.
