World Day of Prayer

CHURCHES all over County Wicklow will be taking part in the World Day of Prayer this Saturday, an interdenominational event organised by women.
World Day of Prayer is a worldwide movement led by Christian women of many traditions, who come together to observe a common day of prayer each year.
A service will be held in the Queen of Peace, Bray at 4 p.m.. Every church in Bray will be represented at the ceremony.
There will be prayers Calary church, Enniskerry, at 8 p.m., and other events will tkae place in Arklow, Avoca, and Baltinglass.
