Fined €250
A BRAY WOMAN who threatened gardaí while they were in the course of making an arrest has been fined €250 at Arklow District Court.
Sgt. Gabriel Plower told the court that on December 9, 2009 ay Upper Main Street Gardaí were in the process of restraining and arresting two individuals when Mary Kelly from 7 Kilbride Grove accosted them and started swearing and threatening them. She was directed to leave the area but refused to do so and was arrested as a result.
