Jose on the way to Bray
THE LEGEND that is Jose Carreras will be in Bray in just a matter of days at this stage, for a performance at Killruddery House & Gardens on Saturday August 28.
The performance by the acclaimed tenor is part of the first annual Killruddery festival, which will also include a concert on August 29 by renowned singer Michal Ball.
With a career beginning in Barcelona, via performances in such locations as Carnegie Hall, and Royal Albert Hall; and spanning every major opera house throughout the world, Jose Carreras is set to delight and entertain his Irish audience with performances from La Bohème, Tosca, Werther, Don Carlo and many more.
Michael Ball will take a break from the West End production of Hairspray to perform in Bray alongside Celine Byrne, who is from Naas.
