Minister opens primary care centre
THE NEWTOWN-MOUNTKENNEDY Primary Care Centre will provide a wide range of services to the local community, including Primary Care Team services.
The state of the art facility will also offer community welfare, children and families, health promotion services and act as an outreach to St. Vincent's University Hospital.
The official opening of the Newtown mount kennedy/kilcoole Primary Care Team by the Minister of State for Primary Care, Roisin Shortall TD took place on Friday, along with the practice of Dr. Grainne Ni Ghairbhi.
The Primary Care facility in Newtownmountkennedy is one of the first pilot projects in the country.
