IRELAND HAS been in the grip of the most amazing weather conditions since the 1960s, with heavy falls of snow and sub-zero temperatures keeping us in a vice-like grip for the best part of two weeks. AFTER ENJOYING the week-long feast of horse racing that is the Galway Festival, 'Inside Right' feels the need to have a rant about something that really gets under the skin regarding television coverage of the sport of kings - namely fashion. When a big race meeting is on yours truly wants to see man and horse in perfect symmetry moving gracefully around the track, not frocks, feathers and high heels jaunting playfully around the periphery of the course.
